Uniquely made using a technique called carbonic maceration where the grapes fermented ‘from the inside out’. Each uncrushed berry underwent its own tiny fermentation producing a light, early release, spicy, very fruity wine redolent of raspberries and strawberries. The tannins are light, and the finish is full, making this a perfect match for chicken or tuna salad, shrimp or fish tacos.
