The 2021 Panza Blanco is a Rousanne-dominant Rhone white blend. Every vintage differs in the selection of the best component wines to use. This wine features fresh and bright fruity characteristics of melon, citrus, and nectarines. We barrel ferment most of our wines in neutral French oak; this helps integrate all the floral and spice notes in the aroma profile. Panza Blanco pairs nicely with grilled chicken or any fish. And though its showing great when served cold, the aromatics tend to intensify when served just slightly below room temperature.
