88% Petite Sirah, 12% Cab Sauv | Lodi AVA | 16% ABV
We sourced a small amount of Lodi Petite Sirah in order to blend in with our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon that was produced the very same year. Some of that extra Petite Sirah ended up aging for 2 years in barrel and, upon revisiting it during a tasting, it was decided that we just had to bottle it. This wine is relatively high alcohol from extended aging, but it is quite balanced. Tannins are still big but have been softened, and you'll enjoy all the dark fruit that this wine exhibits on the palate and the nose.
